Künftig ist es in Fahrzeugen der BMW Group möglich, mit das mobile Internet mit LTE (Long Term Evolution)-Geschwindigkeit zu nutzen. Dazu wird nur das Zusatzgerät Car Hotspot LTE von BMW benötigt. Wie der Router zu Hause bildet der Hotspot die Schnittstelle zwischen dem mobilen Endgerät des Nutzers und dem Internet. Die ausführliche Meldung habe ich bei Springer veröffentlicht.
